WHICH INFORMATION DO WE PROCESS
When you send us an email, call us, or directly give us your information, we will register your name, address, email address and/or phone number. When we send you an invoice for our services, we also process your banking details when the payment is made. In addition we also process the photo’s made on your behalf.
WHY WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

– To carry out our services and deliver photo’s to you
– To inform you about our services, products and changes to our services and products
– To prevent and detect fraud against either you or Casa De Kao Photography
– To communicate with you via email or phone.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE PHOTOGRAPHS
1. Publishing
The images made by Casa De Kao Photography are used for publishing purposes. The photographs will be published on our website, social media, blogs, magazines, internet media, photo competitions, books and other printed media. We will only publish the images if we have your explicit permission to do so.
2. Printing and exhibition
Some images made by Casa De Kao Photography are will be printed and exhibited at fashion fairs, galleries, in shops and at events. We will only exhibit the images if we have your explicit permission to do so.
3. Archive
All photographs made by us are owned by Tse Kao/Casa De Kao Photography and stored on our company harddrives for an undetermined time for personal archive purposes. The archive reflects our body of work.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We do not, and will not, sell or share any of your personal data to any third party.
However, we share your data with our partners if necessary to provide services to you in fulfilling your orders. This may include us passing your information to delivery companies and to payment service providers that process your payment to us.
We reserve the right to pass your data to law enforcement or other third parties, necessary by applicable law or your failure to comply with law or our terms and conditions.
We collect data used by us to send you details of any services or offers which we think might be of interest to you. We may contact you by email, telephone or post, but only if you have registered with us for such information and we will cease to do so if you inform us that would not like to receive such information.
Finally, we may also collect anonymous details about visitors to the website for the purposes of statistics or reporting purposes. To measure and analyse how our customers use the site, to improve both its functionality and your site surfing experience, we use Google Analytics software to collect information. We have a processing agreement with Google and your IP-address is masked and information will not be shared with Google. We do not use any other Google services in combination with Google Analytics. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of this information by us, and also acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible for any unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of personal data, except to the extent that we are required to accept in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
DATA STORAGE
All information you provide to us are stored on our company hard drives and on the servers of our email providers.
We’ll hold on to your information for as long as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you. If we have sent you an invoice we will keep your information stored for the mandatory period of 7 years (for tax purposes).
For e-mail marketing we have a processing agreement with Mailchimp. Your information will not be shared with Mailchimp, but Mailchimp is used for data storage and as a mailing tool.
